You’ve decided on the date for your wedding, gathering, event, festival or hen party – now to find the perfect place to pitch your luxury bell tent hire village – whether it is a venue, field, campsite or even large garden – this is where we come in. RESERVE YOUR DATE
Once you have set the date and found your perfect pitching location, we can then reserve your event in our diary and prepare you your own dedicated online booking portal. You simply have to send the link and password to your guests or attendees – that is your part done! We have no minimum hire (location dependant) and a firm bell tent hire number is not needed at the point of booking. If you have a rough idea, that’s great, but if you don’t, that is no problem!

What’s Included
When you hire a bell tent from us, we will ensure that you have welcome mats, bunting, fairy lights and guest name tags on each tent. Inside the Guest Bell Tent your guests will have raised beds (NO unreliable or uncomfortable airbeds here!) with mattress and a topper, half-moon coir carpet, rugs, low side table, plant, eye masks, water and LED lantern. Bedding packs are available for an additional cost. What more could you need from a luxury bell tent?
What’s the Price
Our Guest Bell Tent prices start at £175 for a weekend hire; we usually set up on a Thursday or Friday and clear down on a Sunday or Monday but of course we are completely flexible as to whatever you and your venue require. All prices are inclusive of travel unless your venue is a million miles outside our hire remit, which includes East Sussex, West Sussex, Essex, Kent and Surrey.
